For the installation of composition tiles & textured backed carpet tiles & double bond underlays, apply adhesive using a 1.6mm x 1.6mm x 1.6mm “V” notched spreader with approx coverage of 5m² per litre. When installing smooth backed carpet tiles and smooth backed double bond underlay, use a long nap roller with approx coverage of 7m² per litre. Adhesive should be allowed to clear prior to floor covering being placed into the adhesive film. Clear is when the adhesive changes from white wet adhesive to dry clear tacky film of adhesive. Clear time will depend on atmospheric conditions.
Complete installation according to manufacturer’s instructions. Roll installation on completion with the recommended weight roller. Do not allow heavy traffic for 24 hours.
Clean tools immediately after use with warm soapy water. Dried adhesive may be softened from tools using a suitable solvent like Nexus 490.
