Welcome To Our New Mapei Technical Representative

We’d like to welcome on board John Jennings as our new Technical Rep from Mapei. John has a wealth of experience and we look forward to working with him closely with our customers on all our Mapei projects.

About John Jennings

John begun his flooring career after completing high school 27 years ago. 

He started working for flooring contractors while he honed his skills and eventually went out on his own 4 years later. John was fortunate with his training where he learned how to install carpets, vinyls, and floor preparation. This was his trade for the next 10 years.

While John specialised in commercial flooring installations and enjoyed working on some of Brisbane’s most prestigious projects, he chose to continue his flooring career in Estimating/Project Management where he worked for the next 6 years. 

For the last 7 years, John has been working for manufacturers of construction materials where he says each new day and project brings new challenges and that’s what keeps things stimulating. 

Since recently joining Mapei John finds he is surrounded by people that share his passion for the flooring and construction industry and this, along with their premium products, explains Mapei’s rapid growth here in Australia and around the world.
