RLA Universal Primer – 5L & 20L
RLA Polymers Universal Primer is a solvent free, low VOC, rapid drying, water based acrylic primer. RLA Universal Primer is designed for use over porous and non-porous substrates such as ceramic tiles, painted surfaces (water based only), timber substrates and sealed or burnished concrete floors. For extremely non porous, hard and tight substrates it is recommended that a light grind or sand be conducted to enhance adhesion. RLA Universal Primer is compatible with cement based ceramic tile adhesives and levelling compounds.
Recommended Uses
- Designed for internal & external applications
- To be applied over substrates such as; concrete, timber & ceramic tiles
- Designed to be applied prior to RLA’s Trulevel levellers
